Then we move to the vines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They use the <strong>inverted cycle<\/strong> technique, which allows harvesting grapes in winter \u2014 something that revolutionized wine production in the Southeast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walking between the rows of vines was one of the most beautiful parts of the experience.
