When do I get my start time?
The organizer says individual start times are normally released about three days before the event. Do not build travel plans around an estimated wave time.
First HYROX checklist
Confirm division and official start time, review movement standards, bring photo ID, wear tested shoes and clothing, plan transport, and avoid trying new food or gear on race morning.
For spectators
Know the athlete’s start time and agree on a meeting point after the race. A busy indoor venue can make spontaneous meetups difficult.
How to get there
Riocentro is in Barra Olímpica and can be reached by BRT, car or ride-hailing. Leave extra time on race day.
Where to stay
Barra and Barra Olímpica are the simplest bases for athletes.
